Dr. Gary R. Martin
Dr. Gary Martin completed a Bachelor’s in Psychology, a Master’s in Counseling, and a Doctorate in Education Administration. He began his career at University of the Pacific, researching and teaching Professional Practice and coordinating an engineering Experiential Education Program. He advanced into numerous Directorships and served in the Dean’s Office for 26 years, teaching other courses along the way. He then transitioned into industry for three years, serving as the Director for Learning and Development at Clark Pacific before launching his consulting services.
The highlight of his career has been teaching Leadership and Tech-Based Ethics to practicing professionals. Other fulfilling accomplishments have included rebuilding the Learning and Development Department at Clark Pacific, and creating a blueprint for accelerating the growth of engineering staff. He enjoys a balance of management, curriculum development, and teaching.
Dr. Martin has been married to Nancy Martin since 1982. As a fellow educator and administrator, the two of them enjoy regular professional discussions on top of their blessed life of having three grown children, enjoying their community, reading, and travel. Other background activities have included extensive team sports, sports officiating, and serving on community and school boards.
