I wanted to let you know that I’ve seen a distinct shift in my staff’s management style since going through this course. The most notable shift is how they are now having their direct reports think through and make the tough calls. This is not only allowing them to move on to other items, it is creating ownership by their direct reports of the decisions they are making. I know you put a lot of effort into putting the course together and wanted to share that I’m seeing great growth in my leaders, which is having a great positive impact on the overall team.

Gary’s Leadership 201 course has laid the groundwork for pivotal discussions that are ongoing at Kjeldsen, Sinnock, and Neudeck, Inc. I have seen a marked improvement in the candor and the open trust in the conversations our Leadership 201 team is having, both in and outside of the course. Gary has been tremendously flexible in structuring the course to fit our busy schedules and help us get the most out of this investment in our leaders. Being the Principal at the table has given me crucial insight into the individualized concerns and challenges that leadership presents to different people. The course also provides a great refresher on the concepts and best practices of leadership for those who have been leaders for many years. I would highly recommend that the senior leaders in a company invest in the success of this course by attending with their staff to catalyze and set the tone for the important conversations prompted during this course.
